Payment Options

  • Texas Medicaid Waiver

    We serve eligible Medicaid waiver members through participating programs and managed care plans. Coverage and service hours are determined by the member's eligibility, assessment, authorization, plan, and service area. Call us with your plan information and we will help determine the next step.

Services require the appropriate VA eligibility, clinical determination, authorization, and local availability. Contact your VA social worker or care team, then call Best Choice so we can confirm whether we can accept the authorization.

  • Private Pay

    Private-pay care is available for families who want to begin or supplement non-medical support without relying on a benefit authorization. Current pricing is based on the level of care determined during the assessment, with a three-hour minimum per visit. Contact us for the current rate sheet and availability.
